When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- your name, email address and, optionally, phone number;
- details about your project, such as its location, type, rooms involved, budget range and timing;
- your preferred contact method and any description you include.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in your project description.
How we use it
We use enquiry information only to respond to you, discuss your project and, if you go ahead, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Enquiries may be processed by the service provider that delivers our website form submissions to us. Should a project proceed, we share only the details needed with suppliers or contractors involved, and only with your agreement.
How long we keep it
